01 1. Object

The institutional portal of LIANODE aims to present the value proposition, the operational scope of corporate technological solutions (Bespoke Software, Cloud Infrastructure Operations & Management, Strategic IT Consulting, and Data Engineering & Analytics), and enable the scheduling of IT diagnostic consultations through digital forms.

02 2. Permitted Use

You undertake to use the digital features of this portal under the principles of good faith and Brazilian civil legislation, expressly agreeing to:

• Not fill out the contact form with fraudulent, false, offensive information, or information that violates patents or third-party privacy rights.
• Not attempt to exploit server vulnerabilities, perform denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, malicious script injections (XSS), or other attempts to deface or breach the website.
• Not use data scraping robots (scrapers) or automated scans that cause degradation in the performance of the website's Express servers.

All graphic design, source code, trademarks, logos, texts, operational analyses, and color schemes of this website are the exclusive intellectual property of LIANODE or its licensors, being duly protected by copyright laws (Law No. 9,610/98) and industrial property laws (Law No. 9,279/96). Any partial or full reproduction of the content without prior written authorization from LIANODE's directors is strictly prohibited.

04 4. Limitation of Liability

LIANODE employs technical engineering rigor to keep the portal stable and free of logical threats. However, the portal is offered "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Temporary technical instabilities caused by the user's telecommunications providers.
• Damages or intrusions originating from viruses on the visitor's computers.
• Any operational or commercial decision made by companies based exclusively on the descriptions of solutions or preliminary methodological proposals contained on the information surface of the website.

LIANODE reserves the right to adjust, add, or remove any rules in these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. The continued navigation of the visitor after any modifications will imply full consent to the new rules in force.

06 6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are entirely governed by and construed in accordance with the civil legislation of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To resolve any technical or legal dispute arising from this portal, the parties elect the courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
